Conduct facility risk assessment & follow all guidelines recommended by CDC, OSHA, state & local public health guidelines to cover employee health & safety. Implement preparations required for employee reentry into the office. Create policies & procedures that will serve as a guideline for a thoughtful reentry.
Site selection, office relocation, space planning, and tenant improvement projects. Provide project controls and procedures within the approved scope & timeline. Manage various vendors & related parties involved. Ensure occupancy readiness at the completion of projects. Complete proper project closeout. Work closely with stakeholders.
Tenant representation for construction project meetings. We wear a lot of hats with the various facets of project management: proposals, cost control, scheduling. We have a robust network of local architects & designers, general contractors, and other related vendors.
Contract Workplace Management
Manage multiple workplace operations and maintenance resolving any issues in an expeditious manner. Facility audits, site inspections, work order management & emergency preparedness among others.
